Babysitting Booking Calendar Instructions

Please note:  Bookings are for 4-hour increments. Rates range from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on the number of children, their ages, and the complexity of the job. 

To book a babysitting slot, please follow these steps:

1. Check Availability: View the calendar below to find open time slots that align with your needs. Time slots go as:  

(8am-12pm),

 (2pm-6pm) and 

(7pm-11pm)

*Small adjustments can be made to the time range after booking is confirmed.

2. Provide Details: Once you've found a suitable time, fill out the booking form, providing information about:

1. • Number of children

   • Names and Ages of the Children 

   • Any special needs or requirements, such as simple meal preparation, bedtime routine, PJS, etc.

   • Select Entertainments for the event
     (Options: Facepainting, Balloon animals, Puppets, Magic, Painting, Games-Songs, Art-crafting)

3. Confirm Booking: After you submit the form, we'll review your request and confirm your booking. Please plan with at least 72 hours before the event for bookings to allow enough time for confirmation via email, text, or phone call.

4. Payment: Cash is the preferred system, and Zelle payment is also available. If you prefer to pay through Venmo, a transaction fee of 5% applies

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25$. Cancellations 48 hours in advance will not produce additional charges.

For special occasions such as:

***Birthday Parties, Pajama Parties, Group Activities. Specify in the form the number of kids and details of the event in the entry for special requests.***
